"I moved in a little over a month ago, and so far my experience has been positive. This is one of the more affordable complexes in Las Colinas, but also an older complex so your expectations must be realistic. The apartments provide more square footage than most new complexes, which gives you more bang for you buck in that regard. The website advertises utilities included, but it is a little misleading. It includes basic cable, valet trash, pest control, and a parcel locker. Most other complexes charge these fees on top of the advertised monthly rent. You will still pay water, electricity, and internet separate from your monthly rent.

The upgrades include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated fixtures, and faux wood blinds. The floors are probably considered an upgrade, but I don’t prefer them. The cabinets are older and have been repainted with updated handles. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom provide lots of storage. The pantry cabinets are deep, but it appears previous tenants overloaded it with heavy items so the shelves sag. Maintenance added some support to the shelves, so we’ll see how they hold up. Speaking of maintenance, they do respond in a timely manner and all the ones I have encountered have been friendly.

There are lots of mature trees on the property that would benefit from a trim, and some even removed that are dying. Some buildings have too many trees, so covered parking is your best option to keep bird poop off your car. Some areas would benefit from new grass being planted. It’s patchy with mud and grass, especially around buildings that do not get a lot of sun to dry out the mud after rain/sprinklers. Also, it seems many residents have trouble picking up after their pet, especially those with large dogs. I believe the current management company acquired this property within the past year, so I’m not sure what their plans are for the property. I do know the exterior of the buildings is scheduled to be painted soon to more modern colors.

The staff in the front office that I have encountered so far has been very friendly and accommodating. It is quite refreshing after the experience I had at my previous complex, and I hope they keep it up during my stay here!"

"First off, let me start by saying that Marvin is a miracle worker. He has been so great to me and my experience with him was A1. He did everything that he said he would do and more. My move-in was quick and easy. Marvin also kept me up to date with every piece of information he received for me and I am extremely thankful for him for that. If you are looking for a place to live you should definitely talk to him. He is a professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. Thank you so much, Marvin!!!!"

"It’s been almost 2 months now I moved to this community and so far I loved it with the service I got from the people(Betsy) in the leasing office very helpful indeed. Coming to the community it’s very clean and they know what they are doing to make it a better place for everyone including very good security 24x7.

"I was looking for an apartment close to my work and I came across of The Estate at Colinas apartment on google map. I was in a hurry because I needed to catch a flight. As soon as I called the leasing office Agent Mckaia was so helpful and she was also very welcoming over the phone. She gave me an appointment to come right away to see the property. The property manager and Mckaia were both so friendly and professional from the moment I walked-in. They went thru all the available units within my range and gave me a great tour of every specific detail of the complex, amenities, and the lease process thoroughly. What can I say they made me feel so comfortable and I fell in love with the community right away and I am so excited to move in next week. Gated community, peaceful and surrounded in nature. Each apartment I saw is well designed and thoughtful to convenience. I highly recommend ESTATES AT LAS COLINAS to everyone who is looking for a new place to move in. Also, they made sure to do the process so I can make it to my flight which I did. Thank you again:)"

"I love that management is taking steps to make the area a better place not only to live but creating areas of enjoyment for kids, dogs and residents alike. The area is starting to shape up, the response times for maintenance repairs has also improved. Have that new location for picking up packages was spot on. "5 stars are not enough to show how happy we are with, especially in regard to the Leasing Consultant - Quentin and Property Manager - Betsy. We decided to choose Estates at Las Colinas formerly known as Marabella because the apartments are spacious, beautiful community and have the most affordable rent in the neighborhood. The staff made us feel at home! Betsy has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her; she’s courteous and obliging to all. I am writing this review because my wife and I have lived here for over two years peacefully. We welcomed our first baby ADVI 20 months ago at Estates #blissful. The maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly, they have the most flexible and listening staff, and are transparent in the rent policy.
